Negroni

 

 INGREDIENTS 

 

  • 25 ml ARAXA Gin
  • 25 ml Vermouth Rosso
  • 25 ml Campari
  • 25 ml Orange Peel as garnish

 

METHOD

 

Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into mixing glass. Add cubes of ice and stir until well mixed for 30 seconds.

Take a lowball glass and add a cube of clear ice. Strain the liquid into the glass. Take the orange peel, squeeze the juice onto the rim of the glass and add peel as garnish.
