Strawberry Bramble




  • 70 ml ARAXA Gin
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 10 ml Crème de Mure
  • 15 ml strawberry liqueur
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish





Add the gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and crème de mure into a shaker. Add cube ice into the shaker and shake until well mixed. Take a lowball glass and fill it up with crushed ice. Strain the liquid onto the glass and add a small drizzle of mure to make the colour more vibrant.  Place the strawberries on top with a bar pick.
