Salty Saint ARAXA

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 50 ml ARAXA gin
  • 80 ml grape fruit juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Himalayan salt flakes
  • Dried grape fruit peel flakes

 

Method:

 

  • Add the gin, grape fruit juice and simple syrup into a shaker.
  • Add the ice and shake for 20 seconds.
  • Mix the salt flakes with dried orange flakes on a plate.
  • Take a lowball glass and wet the rim with grape fruit juice.
  • Dip the rim of the glass to the flake mix. Add ice to the glass.
  • Strain the mix in the shaker to the glass. Add dried satsuma or grape fruit slice as garnish.
