The Salty Saint
Ingredients:
- 50 ml ARAXA gin
- 80 ml grape fruit juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 10 ml lime juice
- Himalayan salt flakes
- Dried grape fruit peel flakes
Method:
- Add the gin, grape fruit juice and simple syrup into a shaker.
- Add the ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Mix the salt flakes with dried orange flakes on a plate.
- Take a lowball glass and wet the rim with grape fruit juice.
- Dip the rim of the glass to the flake mix. Add ice to the glass.
- Strain the mix in the shaker to the glass. Add dried satsuma or grape fruit slice as garnish.
