Diamond Satsuma Fizz

 

INGREDIENTS 

 

 

  • 50 ml ARAXA Gin
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed Satsuma juice 
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Dried Satsumas Slices
  • Egg white or vegan alternative cocktail mousse.
  • 30 ml Champagne brut or sparkling wine

 

METHOD

 

Add the gin, lime juice and egg white into a shaker. Dry shake until well mixed.

Add ice cubes to the mix and hard shake it until shaker feels well chilled.

Take a lowball glass, add a cube ice. Strain the mix into the glass and add a slice of dried satsuma as garnish.
