Diamond Satsuma Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml ARAXA Gin
- 30 ml freshly squeezed Satsuma juice
- 10 ml lime juice
- Dried Satsumas Slices
- Egg white or vegan alternative cocktail mousse.
- 30 ml Champagne brut or sparkling wine
METHOD
Add the gin, lime juice and egg white into a shaker. Dry shake until well mixed.
Add ice cubes to the mix and hard shake it until shaker feels well chilled.
Take a lowball glass, add a cube ice. Strain the mix into the glass and add a slice of dried satsuma as garnish.
